愛普生晶振SG2016CAA是一款具有CMOS輸出的簡單封裝石英晶體振蕩器(SPXO),小體積晶振尺寸2.0x1.6mm有源晶振,四腳貼片晶振,電源電壓:1.6V至3.63V,頻率范圍:8MHz至54MHz,寬工作溫度范圍從-40℃到125℃,具有超小型,輕薄型,耐熱、耐振、耐沖擊等優(yōu)良的耐環(huán)境特性,滿足無鉛焊接的高溫回流溫度曲線要求,符合AEC-Q200標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這款SG2016CAA晶振非常適合汽車和高可靠性應(yīng)用,汽車電子晶振,汽車音響控制器,汽車多媒體,GPS導(dǎo)航,ADAS(高級駕駛輔助系統(tǒng)): 攝像頭、激光雷達(光探測和測距)、雷達、網(wǎng)絡(luò),汽車信息娛樂系統(tǒng)、音頻、時鐘、儀表、組合儀表、車身控制(BCM)等。

工作溫度范圍為-40~+85℃,或者-40~+105℃。這里有必要解釋一下: 并非汽車上使用到的所有晶振都嚴(yán)格要求為車規(guī)級,像引擎部位對晶振的工作溫度就有極為嚴(yán)格的要求,工作溫度必須滿足-40~125℃,甚至-40~150℃。而汽車音響,行車記錄儀等電子設(shè)備則對晶振工作溫度范圍并沒有很高的指標(biāo)。一般來說,汽車設(shè)計壽命在15年左右,因此對車規(guī)級晶振的工作壽命要求不能低于這個數(shù)字。
