愛(ài)普生晶振SG2520CAA是一款具有CMOS輸出的簡(jiǎn)單封裝石英晶體振蕩器(SPXO),小體積尺寸2.5x2.0mm四腳貼片晶振,有源晶振,頻率范圍:8MHz至54MHz,1.6V至3.63V的寬工作電壓以及寬工作溫度范圍-40℃至+105℃/+125℃,該產(chǎn)品具有超小型,輕薄型,低電流消耗,耐高溫晶振,耐熱、耐振、耐沖擊等優(yōu)良的耐環(huán)境特性,滿足無(wú)鉛焊接的高溫回流溫度曲線要求,符合AEC-Q200標(biāo)準(zhǔn),非常適用于汽車和高可靠性應(yīng)用,ADAS(高級(jí)駕駛輔助系統(tǒng)): 攝像頭、激光雷達(dá)(光探測(cè)和測(cè)距)、雷達(dá)、網(wǎng)絡(luò),汽車信息娛樂(lè)系統(tǒng)、音頻、時(shí)鐘、儀表、組合儀表、車身控制(BCM)等。
